Trust & Privacy
Kinly helps families organize sensitive records and prepare for parenting milestones. We take that responsibility seriously. This page explains how Kinly handles data, what choices you have, and how to reach us. Privacy readiness language — not a formal legal compliance statement.
What Kinly collects
- Account details you provide (email, display name, household name).
- Items you store in the Family Vault and Checklists.
- Lightweight product signals (which checklists you open, feedback you submit).
- Subscription & payment status (handled by our payment provider — Kinly never stores card numbers).
Why we collect it
Kinly uses your data to operate your account, surface your saved items, and improve the product experience. We do not sell personal data. We do not share child or family details with advertisers.
Analytics and personalization
With your consent, Kinly uses GA4 and Amplitude to understand which features help families. Analytics events are sanitized — they never include raw vault contents, child names, medical/legal/financial details, or free-text you submit. You can change consent any time.
AI and automated assistance
Some Kinly features may use AI to summarize, draft questions, or suggest next steps. AI-assisted outputs may be incomplete or wrong and should be reviewed before relying on them. Kinly is not medical, legal, or financial advice and is not a substitute for a qualified professional.
Your product profile (not CanonIQ)
Kinly may keep a lightweight profile to make the experience more useful (for example, which checklists you've started). This profile is not the same as your full CanonIQ. Full CanonIQ is a deeper personal context profile available separately at canoniq.bpagelsminor.com.
Your data rights
You can request access, correction, export, deletion, or suppression of your data. Use the request form below — please include the email associated with your account.
